Wagoner Community Hospital believes in maintaining a strong understanding of emergency operations in the event of a crisis. WCH management personnel have and continue to review our Incident Management processes, policies and procedures. This includes preparation for large scale emergencies such as natural disasters, mass casualty events and pandemics, including COVID, which gave all hospitals an opportunity to implement and improve on our Hospital Incident Command systems. Each of our departments, managers, and team members are dedicated to their roles in such situations, and all play a vital part in emergency support and implementation for our community whenever we are needed most!
