Skilled Transitional Care Is Available at Wagoner Health!

The Wagoner Health Progressive Care Unit provides an intermediate step of continued care to hospital patients who may no longer be in need of critical care, but who aren’t quite ready to be released from the hospital to go home.

Additional care in the PCU is often provided to patients who are dealing with A-Fib, sepsis, critical kidney failure, heart failure, and other similar conditions. Our skilled team of medical professionals take care to acutely monitor and assess vital signs or complications, and detect any changes that may require further medical attention.

The goal of the PCU is simple – to help patients in need of more acute medical care receive the personal attention they require, and deserve – all right here,close to home!
