Ever wonder how health care providers deal with medical records? Of course it’s all electronic nowadays. That’s where April Watkins comes in. She started as an LPN and was tapped to be the clinical informatics coordinator when Wagoner Community Hospital transitioned into the digital age. Working hand-in-hand with the IT department, she makes sure the system is accurate, safe and effective.
