Wagoner Health provides Emergency Department services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with an emergency physician and experienced support staff available to care for patients with emergent medical needs.
Our Emergency Department also serves as a receiving station for ambulance and emergency services throughout Wagoner County and surrounding communities. When a patient requires a higher level of specialized care, our team has access to major critical-care helicopter transport services to help coordinate timely transfer.
In an emergency, timely evaluation and treatment are important. Our team is committed to evaluating patients efficiently, beginning appropriate care as quickly as possible and keeping patients and families informed throughout their experience.
As an Acute Stroke-Ready Hospital, Wagoner Health has a 24/7 acute stroke response team and capabilities designed to support rapid evaluation and treatment of patients experiencing signs of a stroke. Tele-neurology support also allows our Emergency Department to connect with neurological expertise when needed.
