March’s Associate of the Month is Shauna McKellop from our Mental Health Unit! Shauna is a no-nonsense, dependable presence on the unit where she serves as charge technician. Known for her strong leadership, Shauna ensures tasks are completed and assignments are followed through with precision. She maintains professionalism in every patient interaction and brings structure to the unit with her organized, routine-based approach. Always pleasant and polite on the phone and with patient families, Shauna is diligent with safety checks, leads patient groups, and consistently meets policy and state standards. Her dedication and leadership make her an invaluable asset to MHU.
