Kendra consistently demonstrates strong teamwork and communication, keeping others informed of important updates and changes. She is highly skilled with computer systems and provides valuable support with Orchard and Athena. Known for her courteous phone etiquette, she ensures calls are transferred efficiently and professionally. Kendra is always willing to step in and cover any area of the lab when needed, offering dependable support to her coworkers. Following the departure of the former lab manager, she played a key role during the CLIA inspection, proving herself reliable and indispensable to the team.
