“My son got burned at work yesterday and I ended up bringing him to the ED to be seen. Jerry, Heather O, Brittany, Dr. Gaskins, and the new tech were wonderful. They were kind, quick, and they communicated often. Jerry continually reassured my son and tried to joke and conver-sate with him to ease his anxiety. Heather O checked in and updated often and Brittany was calm and informative with every step. Dr Gaskins saw him quickly and was wonderful in the care he provided. As a mother I appreciated all of their care and as an employee I was proud. I just wanted to brag on the care we received.”
