September’s Associate of the Month is Greg Watson from our Maintenance Department! Greg consistently demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills by keeping managers informed and promptly submitting completed work forms after tasks are finished. His work meets professional hospital standards, and he always approaches his duties with caution and attention to his surroundings, placing patient safety first. Greg responds to calls with kindness and professionalism and quickly addresses maintenance issues, removing broken or unsafe items, and making timely repairs to keep patients and staff safe. He is always willing to help anyone who asks and plays an important role in improving the appearance and safety of our hospital inside and out. Greg is truly an asset to the Maintenance Department and goes above and beyond to help keep our hospital safe. Thank you Greg!
