May’s Associate of the Month is Melodie Robinson-Taylor from our MHU! With her exceptional teamwork and communication, she has consistently gone above and beyond by coming in on her days off, covering night shifts, and staying late to support her coworkers. She effectively makes assignments and ensures all areas are properly covered. She communicates well with nurses and prioritizes patient safety by making sure staff are always at their posts. Her willingness to assist wherever needed is truly commendable.
