Vicki is a dedicated and compassionate nurse with over 30 years of experience, bringing professionalism, expertise, and a strong commitment to patient care. She is a true team player, always supporting her coworkers and ensuring clear, detailed communication with nurses, doctors, and outside facilities. Vicki’s therapeutic communication skills help de-escalate conflicts, and her calm, polite demeanor makes her a trusted resource for patients, families, and colleagues. Her meticulous documentation meets state-level standards, providing a clear picture of each patient’s situation. No task is beneath her—whether assisting with hygiene needs or managing complex medical cases, she always puts her patients and team first. Vicki remains dedicated and performs at her best every day. Her knowledge, work ethic, and compassionate care make her an invaluable asset to MHU, and we are grateful for all she does!
